Dilip is the Founder and Principal Solicitor of RAI Lawyers & Associates. Over the past few years, through his carriage  of a wide array of property, commercial, corporations, criminal, family, migration,  employment and civil law matters, he has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge as a generalist lawyer.  His primary areas of interests and practice are in property, commercial/corporations, family and criminal law matters.

Dilip is currently admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, the Federal and Family Courts, and the High Court of Australia. He has appeared before Local Courts, District Courts, Federal Circuit Court, Family Law Courts & the Supreme Court of NSW including various State and Federal Tribunals in his client’s diverse matters with varying degree of complexities and client-specific requirements.  He has successfully represented clients in very complex family,  corporation and criminal law matters that have lasted in the courts for many years.

Prior to commencing a role of a legal practitioner in NSW, he worked as a Technology Advisor for a State Government for about 7 years. He is also a big proponent of providing pro bono legal service and ensuring social justice. He volunteered his time as a Solicitor at Toongabbie Legal Centre & Blacktown Legal Centre between 2015 and 2019 on a weekly basis helping the marginalised and disadvantaged people who could not afford lawyers.

Dilip is tremendously efficient, driven, pragmatic and outcome focussed in his approach. His negotiation skills and ability to identify/secure opportunities for his clients are second to none. Chindhu Sasidharan is an Associate (Solicitor) at RAI Lawyers and Associates.  She was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2018 and joined the Law practice in early 2021. She focusses primarily on Property law, Family Law and Criminal law.  Previously, she worked at a number of different law practices  as a Solicitor both in Australia and overseas in India – amassing a broad range of experience across Family law, Criminal law, Civil litigation, Intellectual Property and others.

As a lawyer and a person, Chindhu is conscientious, compassionate and transparent. She brings to the table not only her wealth of experience that intersects multiple legal disciplines but also her excellent ability to listen to her client’s needs based on each client’s specific circumstance and navigate towards a client-focussed resolution that is cost and time effective.

For years, she also volunteered in a Community Legal centre in Western Sydney providing pro bono assistance to the socially and economically marginalized community members.

Radha Sri Rankanathan

Radha was admitted to practise as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2001. Prior to her admission, she practised as an attorney mainly in Civil litigation, Commercial-banking law, family law and other complex legal matters in the District Court, the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka for 15 years.

She brings with her a wealth of experience, knowledgebase and practical know-hows from her years of prior roles: 15 years of her attorney experience in International scene, many years of her local NSW solicitor roles based at Western-Sydney law firms and her various administrative positions based at different Commonwealth and State government bodies (ATO, DHS & Centrelink).

At RAI Lawyers & Associates, her primary focus is on property, contracts, commercial, conveyancing, family and criminal law matters. In addition, she regularly contributes her time as a solicitor by volunteering and helping the marginalised people on a weekly basis at Toongabbie Legal Centre.

Jensen is our civil and criminal litigation specialist and our firm’s advisor in existing case-laws and new developments. He is absolutely clinical in his approach to legal research, case preparation and advocacy.

He has successfully represented multitude of clients for civil and criminal matters including the conduct of hearings in the local, District and Federal Courts.
